What's wrong near my wash appliance?

I have a GE washer. Everytime I put any cycle, it will stop several times thoughout the cycle, and I hold to push start for it to continue. How do I fix this?


Answers:    Maybe it's defective, ring up GE and get a replacement
The Timer can be broke
you can't give the name a repairman
set the cycle for a longer amount of time, if that doesnt work, call GE.
You will hold to get a foreign washing electrical device.
If I set my washer on extra delicate, it will stop and start. Maybe your washer is stuck on it's extra transparent cycle. Or, could be that the motor is trying to seize up. I would telephone call for service. Good Luck
