Counter disinfecting: Lemon juice
Toilet bowl cleaning: Baking powder...but you have to use it daily
Cutting board disinfecting....BOILING HOT WATER!
Carpet freshening: Baking powder
Coffee pot cleaning: Vinegar for the machine, but for the glass use baking powder or a mixture of ice and salt to scrub it without scratching it.
