Better than vinegar is a product called Greased Lightning.Just spray it on,and wipe off the grease.Works like magic.

any kind of vinegar mixed with salt, the amount does not matter, i like to let it sit a while before i scrub, works on pots and pans too
You'd never guess it, but Bicarbonate of Soda (soda for baking) mixed with a bit of water and made into a paste is a great alternative for elbow grease - and it doesnt usually leave scratches (depending on your surface material). This same paste is also good for mosquitoe bites!
My favorite cleaner to use is Pine Sol Orange. It smells great and really gets the grease cleaned. I use it to clean everything, kitchen bathroom, floors, and it isa great to wipe things down with when people are coming over to give your house a clean smell. PINE SOL ORANGE!!
