Hi do I have to season an enamaled kind iron skillet. My foods stick real unpromising or burn real rapid.I do put butter or little oil to cook but adjectives my stuff turns out lousy. The inside is white enamel.
Answers: You don't have to season and enameled style iron pot/pan.. However, cast iron heat up very in haste and retains heat for along time so you may want to cook at a lower temp. You can use a slender layer of vegetable oil/olive grease when cooking just be sure to turn the warmness down...
You want water drops to "dance" across the surface not completely disappear ! So, turn down the fry... !
yes. wipe it down with some cooking grease before respectively use
