Why don't my towels dry?
Answers:
When there is a lot of humidity in the air the moisture in wet towels can't evaporate. You may need to get a dehumidifier. Or dry them in the dryer. I'm not sure what dehumidifiers cost but in the $150 plus range for sure I expect.

if you hang them flat they should dry in a few hour or throw them in the dryer!

We just bought one for about $100. They are noisy, so be aware of that, but they do work. You must leve in a similar climate to were I live.
huh????.....i dry mine in the dryer.......do you hang yours in the bathroom from the washer?.....do you use a towel AGAIN?.....thats yucky
try not using any liquids to begin with
We had the same problem in our bathroom particularly in the winter or on cool days. And it is a huge room with 2 windows! We finally purchased a towel warming rack and they are dry and warm ready for us right out of the shower or tub. We got a warm rails which you can find on-line or at Bed Bath and Beyond starting at $60. Depending on the design, they plug right into the wall but they do have hard wired models, as well. They come in about every design, finish and size you can imagine. We love ours and it is worth every penny we paid (ours was $150, but it is oversized to hang bath sheets and bathing suits).
