I steam cleaned my carpets 2 days ago, and they still enjoy some spots that aren't completely dry...it's been raining here, and drastically warm and humid, so I guess that's why. But very soon they're starting to smell bad...form of a damp, musty smell. How can I obtain rid of this odor???? You can smell it through the whole house!!!
Answers: I'd put a admirer on it, but if it smells like mold or mildew one and only borax sprinkled on the carpet will execute it and its spores so it won't come back.
