get a damp rag or sponge and just keep scrubbing at it.

First get a paper towel and get the biggest chunks out.
Then Spray oven cleaner all over inside and let it sit for a half hour, then go in and scrub with a green scrubbie pad.
Then spray the rest of the gunk out with windex and wipe dry with paper towels.
I put soapy water in it and cook on high for about 5 minutes.
It really steams up the caked on gunk. Let it cool until the water is no longer boiling. Then take it out after about 5-10 minutes and scrub with a Scotchbrite sponge.
put a bowl of water in there a nuke for about five minutes the steam should help realese some of the baked on mess grab a bottle of all purpose cleaner and paper towels to get the gunk and then you can follow up with hot soapy water and a sponge and then wipe dry with paper towels
A microwave safe bowl of water (with or without lemon)...put it in the microwave and run on high for 2 minutes. Then let the bowl sit in the microwave for 5 minutes or so.
This will soften the baked on crud and it should wipe out easily with a paper towel or sponge. If it's really tough, you may have to repeat the process a few time.
dont use a microwave, try wrm soapy water, maybe spray water all in it and turn it on with like wet sponge in it to loosen up all the gunk.
Put a cup and a half of water in your pyrex measuring cup.
Set the microwave for 3 minutes,, turn on,, when it goes off do not open for about 20 minutes.
Open and clean with dish detergent and water, rinse, then rinse again with water mixed with a little white vinegar,, easy clean!!
Put a cup of vinegar in your microwave and turn it on for a minute or two. The stains will be loosened and easy to wipe up.
put warm water in with vinegar and bowl it..them clean it out with a cloth...works well
Heat a cup or bowl of water. Make sure it's nice and steamy. let it sit until the crud is loosened, use your favorite cleaner and a Mr. Clean Eraser. Get the one with the scrubby side. (It's blue on one side and white on the other.) the blue side will get all the stuck on stuff and the white side will wipe the other gunk off. works great for me!

I use Easy-off microwave oven cleaner. Its these little plastic poucces that you put in the microwave. It pops open and cleaner and steam sit in your microwave for a few. After it's done..you just wipe it out. I love it!
