Why must people answer a question (especially a distressing one) in a judgmental way?
There was a lady who was asking for help in how to clean a house that got out of hand, and the majority of the answers to that poor woman were downright hateful.
Please do them a favor: If you can't answer a question in a helpful way, shut the hell up!
Answers:
Yes I have seen that too many times but hard to control it, very sad. What you can do is make your answer the most compassionate one and apologise for the bimbos and bobbos that do that stuff.

I agree totally. Or either you ask a random question, and everyone assumes you're asking for yourself. I don't get upset about it though, because it's just the internet.

I AGREE...but also when you go online in a public forum you must realize that you will have good and bad feedback.
It's because everyone has an opinion and since this is all typed, you can misunderstand something very easily.
I understand that people can be rude, but it is up to one to decide if they are going to take it personally or not! I know I'm not that way!
And , I'm sorry but you are being judgmental if you say "shut the hell up"
I couldn't agree with you more. It is sad how people are so judgmental. I try and give real advise on the issues that I can. I am glad that you have brought this issue to light.
I don't agree with it, but it keeps people entertained and keeps them coming back to answer more questions.
But of course there is a definite line between lighthearted and amusing, and childish and spiteful.
Solution: Ban everyone under the age of 16 from posting any content on the Internet. That'll shut them up ;-)
I agree - you'll get that in this sort of open forum, trolls just looking for something to stir up trouble.
Well its a free country and people can reply as they wish . It would be great if the questions were answered with helpful and correct solutions.
Aside from the original question; which is now being dragged on and on and on like a dead horse by this one, what has any of this got to do with 'Cleaning & Laundry'.
