Lots of people say vinegar and water. Good. Try using a good squeegee too.
I know this sounds weird, but if you use just water & paper towels, and a lot of elbow grease, they will be streak free. I used to work for a restaurant and this is what their procedure was. Wet one towel (or a handful, whatever amount you choose) and squeeze it out just a little bit, hold with your dominant hand. Then grab the same amount of P.T. and hold with your other hand. Wipe an area in a circular motion with the wet ones, then with a lot of pressure (not so much that you break the window) wipe in a circular motion going the opposite way until all the water is gone. Move to another area. If you don't wipe up all the water, you will have spots. This is a cheap & easy way to clean glass or mirrors and it works!
