Can't seem to Clean Uniforms?

My husband gets dirt and grim into his light blue uniforms and I can't ever seem to get them completely clean. It is an embarrisment for me to send him to work because I just think he looks dirty.

Are they polyester? I tried everything to get the truck grease off my husbands pants bottoms. Guess what? Mean Green works! I was afraid it would eat the material, but instead it takes out every stain. I spray it on and scrub a little with a tooth brush and wash immediatly and it worked. Warning: don't spray it on and let it sit. The one time I did that it lightened the color. I also use it on the collars on his uniform shirts.
