How to remove grease from kitchen floor?
Answers: We get a new cooker lately and found the same "surprise". I manage to clean it by using spick and span Fairy Liquid (it has to be Fairy) on the stain and brushing close to mad, next rinsing out with a hot humidity cloth. Worked great!!!
Try to scrape as much as you can in the past you start, it'll save you time.

Try Dawn dishwashing liquid. Its a grease cutter and would work okay with hot dampen.

Try some white vinegar & hose. You can even use is straight for tough stains.:)
I know you dont want to use chemicals, but WD40 3 in 1 grease is excellent at removing all kind of grease and even tar from carpet. Its very soft and smells quite nice. Put a moment or two on a kitchen cloth and rub a little. You will be amazed how at a rate of knots it shifts it. When the grease has gone simply wipe down beside hot soapy water. You can use WD40 to take sticky labels and chewing gum bad too.
Make a very hot soapy solution, include some ammonia if you wish. Use gloves and a nylon scubbing wad. Scrub away at it, try sprinkling on some baking soda too for abrasion.
