go to your local social security office web address to find your local office is ssa.gov-- they can give you the papers for your bc too.

You have to go to your local Social Security office, with a photo ID and fill out a form and know your number, to get a copy of your card.
As far as your birth cert. You can either contact the state office and mail off for one, or if you are still in the county of your birth, go to the county clerks office, and again, you'll need to complete a form.
Good luck.
To get a copy of your social security card, contact socialsecurity.gov. For your birth certificate, you can contact the county that your were born and go to the local register of deeds and they will be able to supply a copy for you.
From the state you were born in record office for the birth certificate and your local social security administration for the social security card. There will probably be a minimal charge for the birth certificate and I don't think there is one for the social. Hope this helps!
U can get it at the TOWN OFFICE where you were born in... As far as I know you can do this...
for the social security card you will need to contact the Social Security Administration, you can go to your local office or go to www.ssa.gov for more information. for the birth you will need to contact the city of your birth to find out what steps you need to take.
