Answers: use a stiff scrub brush on it near a bleach type cleaner, [ie comet]
You might try toilet bowl cleaner. I have a sink that have cracks that turn black if I don't let it set near toilet bowl cleaner on it about once a month. Tilex Mold and Mildew might also do the trick, but, be warn, it'll take more than one application. It might nick several cleanings to get it adjectives out anyway. It's probably the product of years of dirt.
Hope that helps.
I have the same issue. I used a incredibly firm brush with comet bleach cleanser. use lately enough dampen to make a join and scrub like batty. I let it sit for 20 min to consent to the bleach work. Tub looks great now.
