If each of my clothes say wash seperately,do I put in one at a time in the washer?

That would amount to more than 20$ per cleaning, add drying to that.

Answers:
That means to wash separate from other colors. In other words - if it's black, wash with other black items of like fabric. Don't wash your silk black shirt with your favorite black Levi's. Depending on the fabric, you might want to wash on the delicate cycle of the washing machine.

Other answers:
Hand-wash.

Usually they print that on stuff that has to much dye in it. The first few washes could color your other stuff. After a few of those you can mix em up again.
