their may be some soap, could be really wet, if you do will take along time to dry.
Haven't you got just a spin setting on the washer? if the clothes are clean enought then pop them in the dryer.
IF they are dripping wet you should run them thru the spin cycle again, just turn the knob to "Rinse" and it will rinse and spin them.

If you are asking if the really wet clothes will hurt your dryer, no they shouldn't. But they will take a long time to dry costing you money in electric or gas.
No! reset the settings to spin and let the clothes finish. and then put into the dryer.
I would rewash them. This is because the clothes might still have soap on them, which will make your clothes smell and irritate your skin. Better to be safe then sorry!
If you put them in the dryer without spinning them out it will ruin the dryer.
turn the dial back to rinse and pull it up. this will rerinse your clothes and continue on to the spin cycle
