I watered my plant that was in a basket with brown stain or varnish, I set it outside to dry. Thinking it was dry I set it on my white carpet. Only to find that it left a horrible huge brown stain. Please help. Thanks.

In 16yrs and discussions with many textile cleaning experts I've never heard of furniture stain being removed. Don't fret though, if your have homeowner insurance you can file a claim for the carpet replacement to the extent that it exceeds your deductible. Most policies cover all losses except a handful. In 16yrs as an Insurance Adjuster I've paid for this very loss scenario many times.
