Help! How do I get vaseline out of clothes and carpet???

I dont really think u can it just leaves a geast stain i got it in a few shirts
scrub with buring hot water water 4 6 hours that should do it trust me HOWD U GET IT ON THE CARPET JEEEEEEEEEZZZ
What I always learned was that you have to use a grease fighter to take it out because Vasoline is mainly an oil. Try using simple dish washing soap and if that does not work, try using oxiclean.
