We have a really STRONG odor in our house that smells distinctly similar to maple syrup. I have cleaned, and scrub and searched lofty and low and cannot find the source of the smell. Does anyone know what could cause this or hold you ever experienced this? It isn't a bad smell exactly, but it shouldn't be here.

If you want to receive rid of the smell, you could cook a fragrant dish, or boil some potpourri.
