Why would you let a guy do that to a nice shirt? Take it to a dry cleaners. Trust me, they've seen everything possible on clothes.

I agree, tide to go or a stain stick and let set. Then presoak and wash. May take a couple of tries.

Try Oxy-Clean or a similar product that's good on protein stains.
Perhaps removing all items of clothing before sex would help prevent this happening in the future. Either that, or improved aim on somebody's part. ;-)
Zout- it can take anything out of clothing.It's a laundry pre-treat much like Shout or the other brands though works 100% better.
You could always call Monica's mom, she was the one who held on to the "dress" so she may know a thing or two about stain removal!
In the future, wash as soon after the stain occurs as possible.
Soak the shirt in a mixture of water, detergent, and Oxi-Wash over night. Wash as usual in the morning. Maybe have to be repeated if stains are really set in.
