Is there such a shoe cleaner?

I have a pair of Reebok classic shoes. The shoes are dirty. I have put them on for about 2 years. I want to clean the shoes. Is there such a cleaner at store?

I had an old pair of Adidas athletic shoes and was going to throw them out, they were so dirty. As a last resort I decided to wash them with lots of detergent and bleach. They soaked in there about an hour first. Then I let them air dry outside on a warm day. They turned out looking brand new. Even the shoelaces which were really dirty came out looking perfectly white.

Clean the shoes with a mix of water and dishwashing detergent. Then rinse and dry. Finally, apply shoe polish.
