How do I get a ballpoint ink stain out of denim AFTER they have been washed and dried?

Answers:
It may be tough, but with persistence it should come out. First pour milk on the stain and let it sit overnight before doing anything else. Believe it or not, there is something in the milk that seems to work on ink stains.

Because the stain has been washed and dried it will be harder to remove, but use the same steps. It is important to not let the fabric dry out again until you get the stain out, as drying it out again will set it more. After the milk treatment I would scrub it using Shout or a similar spot remover.

But follow these links as well. They have quite a few ideas about removing ink stains. Good luck with it!

Try antibacterial hand gel. It worked on a blue shirt.
Scissors! or a blow torch!
Yikes on that..I used hairspray-it came out
RUBBING ALCOHOL WILL GET A GOOD BIT OF IT OUT..YOU MAY HAVE TO KEEP RE APPLYING IT..BUT THE ALCOHOL IS WHAT BREAKS DOWN THE INK..REALLY FLOOD IT REPEATEDLY, ROLL THE JEANS UP AND KEEP THEM IN A PLASTIC BAG FOR A DAY OR TWO..THEN WASH AS USUAL. IF IT IS STILL THERE..REPEAT THIS PROCESS, EVENTUALLY YOU WILL WIN THE BATTLE.
I've heard hair spray. Rubbing alcohol sounds like it would work also. You may have to let it soak for a while to get it out.
