If you have a Wal-Mart or something, its usually within the hand cleansing nouns of the store. Most stores carry the wonderful red stuff. Just appointment up a store and ask or go do some internet shopping for it. Or better but go to their website and see if you can carry some free samples!
usually any grocery store have it, it's in a red bunch. all it is, is a soap beside pumice in it. alot of womanly products have that stuff surrounded by it. you know it's that gritty sand like stuff. hell use mitt cleaner lol.
Lava would take stale your skin,,,,,,,,it is a rough soap.....you may scrub the bottom of your feet or elbows but not the frontage.........You can find Lava soap any where they supply soap.....

Oh never use Lava soap on your face it is too cruel and scratchy you will ruin your skin this way this is single for hands which are tougher when needed to verbs hands you can buy this at any grocery store surrounded by the soap isle Good Luck !

Lava soap can be found at most stores. I know Walmart definitely sell it in the body wash/soap aisle.
I don't know why your dr. recommended this soap for your frontage. It is mostly used by grease monkeys to clean their hand. Maybe you should just lift a look at the exfoliating facial cleaners in the cosmetics/health and charm aids department.
Just about any grocery store, dollar store, Walmart or K-Mart. Lava have been around a long, long time and next to good point. It's good soap.
