Wine bottle broken in car trunk and now my trunk smells like there is some fermentation going on. How do I get rid of the odor?

baking soda, soap and water........clean w/ warm water n soap then put bakin soad after....gl!
Forget the baking soda!! use a large bag of charcoal briquets to clear the air!! pour into a large pan so it can absorb better!! your smell will be gone much sooner!! also spray in some Febreez to help out....
