say i had a white cotton t-shirt and i got cut and got blood on it, then i washed it and dried it in the dryer several times. and now i want to try to bleach it to get the stains out. i want it to be pure white again. how EXACTLY would i go about bleaching it?

The stain has most likely been set by the multiple launderings. You might try a bleach pen, but I'd say it's probably never going to lose that stain completely.
