Put some Dawn soap (it cuts through grease like a charm) and hot dampen onto a rag or sponge and scrub the cabinet. Repeat as necessary. It works resembling magic in need harsh chemicals! Good luck!

Murphy's Oil Soap works great. Lots and lots of elbow grease it required as resourcefully. For tough areas try a little dish soap, it is formulated to cut the grease when you do the dishes, and works all right on grease in other places (also righteous when you slop salad dressing on your clothes -- which seems to be a problem within our house!)
