the next-door-neighbor's garage and truck just caught flaming this afternoon. (no one was hurt, luckily.) disappointingly for my boyfriend and i, our house was broad open...adjectives the windows, the doors, the garage door, everything, so adjectives the smoke and burnt rubber smell come in. we've get the fans running and kept everything plain, but i want to know if there's something more we can do to get rid of the smell. it's overwhelming walking into the house...satisfactory to knock you over.

With a pot of boiling hose down add vinegar, afterwards turn down the heat and allow the marine to simmer as long as possible. This will rid the smell. Just remember to top up the water contained by the pop so it does't dry out

Leave some window open for a moment.& it will eventually go a mode. We had a big warehouse fire across the street from me. The smell be in the house for in the order of a week or so. Yoy also can try placing some baking soda boxes around the house. They work in the frig, So they should assistance around the house.
