Any ideas on a good, yet budget friendly cleaning person/service?

Where are you located? My mom has a house cleaning business of her own. They are very good and very efficient and reasonable. It is her and her friend. The do pretty much everything except windows, & ovens. e mail me for mor info if you are interested.

I have used several services over the years- here are a couple of tips for what to look for. I have not had good luck with individual cleaning people- I get too close to them and then feel awful if something is not cleaned to my standards. Of course you might avoid such a situation by having a written contract that has your expectations clearly stated.
I have been using Merry Maids with good success, not so budget friendly, but have a clearly stated contract and if I am not happy with something I just call the office and they make sure it is taken care of .
When I was in college I traded cleaning with a girlfriend of mine. We had similar sized apartments and our ideas of 'clean' was the same. For some reason it is easier to clean up someone else's mess than your own!
