After washing jumpers and sweaters there are bubbling on them how can i stop this?

WHEN WASHING JUMPERS AND SWEATERS IN THE WASHING MACHINE AFTER THE JUMPERS AND SWEATERS HAVE DRY THERE IS ALL BUBBLING BALLS ON THEM WHY IS THIS

put them in a pillowcase or duvet cover when you wash them turn them inside out wash only at 30 degrees you can buy balls that stop this also use special washimg powder like persi wool and silk wash.
