Any ides for removing marker pen from a lino floor?

Goo-gone will take off the marker without harming the floor. You can get it at any home center, hardware store, wal-mart, etc...

Sos pads or comet or ajax should get it off. Of course using a little elbow grease will help along.
Hairspray. Spray hairspray on it and it will breakdown the marker.

The only thing my buddy cleans a vimyl floor that he has Layed.Is with spirits.. Like Base oil or Turpentine . Im not sure what you yanks call it lol..Wait. Paint thinner........Whatever you use. Try it on a spot out of the way first . To make sure you dont damage it.
Note that those Mr. Clean Erasers have chemicals in them that are thought to be carcinogenic. Even if you choose to use them, keep them away from kids.
fingernail polish remover works and so does soft scrub with bleach already included.

Get a marker pen for white boards. trace over small areas then rub with a warm damp cloth. the pens contain some kind of alcohol that lifts normal marker ink right off!!
