Not sure if it will work, but I would try those Mr. Clean Magic Erasers. Those things seem to work on everything. Best cleaning invention yet!

use a mr. clean magic eraser those work great u can get a two pack at the store for like 2.50 i think. they will take anything off!
Lighter fluid aka Naptha
Rubbing Alcohol works well with permanent mark. Just used that today to get it off a book.
