To clean your outdoor cushions, try using a liquid oxygen based cleaner, such as Bio-OX Citrus Concentrate with Bubble Up Technology, which is an excellent choice for removing mold and mildew from areas where color removal is a concern (i.e., do not use bleach). Simply dilute the Bio-OX Citrus Concentrate (1 part Bio-OX Citrus Concentrate to 3 parts clean water) and spray the area to be cleaned. Allow the Bio-OX Citrus Concentrate to sit for 10 minutes. Wipe or spray the area down with clean water. For difficult to remove stains, reapply the solution, let sit for 10 minutes, sprinkle with baking soda for a more abrasive action, and then use a soft brush to remove the stain. Follow with a clean water rinse. You can also try using a solution of 1/4 cup baking soda in 1 quart of warm water to clean your outdoor cushions. Apply with a stiff brush or scouring pad, then wipe clean. For tougher stains, you can sprinkle baking soda directly onto the cushion and scrub with a damp scouring pad. Rinse well.

wipe with damp cloth but try it in a hidden spot (sometimes it gets worse). wait for atleast 5 minutes. if u can take the cover, bring it to any drycleaners. they have special cleaning products for mildew.

bleach will turn them white- But, if u want them white then use bleach. Or, us "GREASED LIGHTENING" with HOT water, and scrub them with a scrub brush. And here is another idea- Spray some greased lightning on them and let it sit for a couple minutes,and add just a little bleach- That way, it will not turn the whole seat white-And scrub really hard!! Or, you may have to end upi getting them recovered.
Bleach to kill the mold and mildew, then rinse well and scrub with oxy clean. The bleach will not turn them white if they are vinyl, the vinyl color is imbedded.
