It would depend on the material and colour of the T shirt, and the stain. More information is needed. Your best bet would be to soak the stained area within a solution of water and detergent in the past washing.
Soak the top in cold hose, now put in a small amount of liquid detergent. Rub the soft into the stain & leave for a few min's. Now pop your tee shirt into your washing electrical device on a 40oc wash cycle, Then stain should come out this route. As I don't know the type off stain can't facilitate any more
Try using zout- works all the time for me!!! soak the stain surrounded by zout then bath normally surrounded by the washing domestic device. good luck!
