I prefer the local "Market Basket" store brand here contained by New Hampshire, it's produced by Irving Tissue, the same relations who make the Scott tissue. If you live contained by a different area, I would use the Scott, as it have a good texture short affecting flow issues.
Kirkland brand from Costco, And, it's a good deal.
Quiltern Northern is the bomb.... not linty similar to cottonelle and angel soft...and not rough like Scott.

Single ply should not clog the toilet....comes contained by usually 1000 sheets per roll. Especially to be used if you have a Septic System. A must if you own small children...they usually roll off in the order of 5 feet at a time, and the soft fluffy broadsheet expands to twice it's size and will clog the toilet everytime.
