Let is soak in vingear, then take papertowels and soak up the vinegar. Use a carpet shampooer with COLD water.
there is a product called "get serious" it is available at most pet stores, you dont have to soak the area, so it doesn't damage the floor it neutralizes the pet odor & it removes the pheremones so the dog will not pee there again, also take your pet to the vet to see if it has an infection or if it is under stress, try to find the root of it's incontinance problems...A well trained dog doesn't like to pee in the house...if necessary install a doggie door or have the dog in doggie daycare, so that it's needs are seen too when you are not there
