go to a jewelers, they will all do it for nothing, you can buy little wipes as well. Don't put anything on it until then
How did you get a Titanium ring,is it prosthetic? do you feel any different when you go for a dump? do you still need to use toilet paper? is it expensive to have one fitted? does it give you a ring of confidence?

its very easy and very simple way , bring a lemon and squeeze it till it comes all the liquid , then with a sheet scratch more and more , then clean it with water
