Bleach/water solution?

Due to health reason, I need a immediate easy agency that I can disinfect my toilet seat after every use.
Can I put a mixture of bleach and wet in a spray bottle (it is not going to explode or something right?)? What ratio should I be using to thoroughly disinfect a surface?

Answers:    For a quick cleaning, you can use chlorox or lysol wipe.

10% beach surrounded by a water spray bottle works great to disinfect, and is smaller amount expensive.

once a week, you may want to do a thorough cleaning ... apply 100% bleach with a serious newspaper towel or spray--let sit for 10 minutes and wipe off.
You could produce a 75/25%, a 59/50% or a 25/75% solution depending on what you want to clean. DO NOT MIX BLEACH WITH AMONIA!!!
