I like a product called Mostenbocker's which has solutions to remove just about anything you can imagine, including old latex paint or dried acylics. I find it in the laundry aisle of most discounters, but have seen it at Home Depot and some Lowes. It works quickly, doesn't harm the fabrics or leave a ring or residue. Launder the garment as usual after treatment, viola, no paint stain!

What does it say on the paint can? Maybe you can peel it off.
For removing acrylic paint off clothes, hairspray works extremely well. Test a small spot on the item and then spray on hairspray and use your fingermail to remove the paint. Occasionally you have to wash twice.
