Getting up in the morning is definitely numbero uno. Sweeping is the 2nd least favorite. Oh wait, getting up is a chore, but not a household chore. Gee, I guess the ultimate least favorite is putting up all the groceries after I drove to town, shopped for them, put them in bags, paid for them, then loaded them in the car. Only to have to unload them from the car, to the house, then out of the bags, to the counter and finally to their respective places in the kitchen. I am tired now just thinking about the shopping I need to do tomorrow.....sigh

, All of it, in particular the never ending amount of laundry, I wouldnt mind so much if I got some help around the house - but i DONT. As for cleaning the bath tub im sick of it, my son leaves pubes and dirty tide marks - every day, he wouldnt even think of cleaning the bath - but he'll do things for other people. I wouldnt mind so much If I didnt kno I was being used, taken advantage of and taken for granted.
Since I've given up watching TV, know what? Household chores are simply something that has to be done, like it or lump it. There is no least or best, there's only do your best and do it right.

You know, I just realized this (I'm a guy), but I used to help out with all of the chores, pretty much 50/50. The kids had some chores and I did a lot of the rest. My wife cleaned bathrooms because she liked the way she did it better and she did most of the laundry, although a lot of times, especially if I was home, I did a lot of the laundry too.
But in the past year, especially since we moved out into the country, I don't even bother to do chores anymore. I don't care as much. Why make the bed? That's dumb. If the floor gets really bad, I'll sweep it. Some dishes out? If I take care of them right away there will just be more there again later.
I think eventually you just learn to chill and go with it. Life's too short.
