Cleaning urine sour a Microfiber Suede couch?

my dog just urinated on my couch cushin. I removed the cover and realize there is a finance to the fabric which prevents solution from getting to the foam right away (yeah for me). problem is the fabric still smells after i cleaned it beside a urine cleaner, can i put the cover in the washer?
