Is there anything I can use/do to get pen marks out of a brand new leather couch?

Get a very powerful cleaner that gets rid of everything. Try Oxy-Clean.
I heard toothpaste works well you could try a patch and see
Try stain remover but i've been told vaseline is really good at removing pen marks.
Hairspray, is what I read works, you spray some into a cloth, so you have a reasonable amount on the cloth and rub the pen-spot with it.
Unfortunately,no.Leather is porous and will suck in the ink,never to be removed.It is now part of the leather.Sorry!
