Other answers:
If you need to repair cracks in the concrete slab then you may use "sika" products (www.sika.com) which are based on epoxy ... you may ask them for the mechanism of applying such materials into the concrete depending on the size and the depth of the cracks.

If you need to repair concrete from deterioration of any other type than cracks, then you may replace the damaged part with new concrete as follows:
1- remove the damaged part either manually using hammers or mechanically using sand blasts or water jets (this depends on the nature of the site and the size of the damaged concrete)

2- clean the interface layer and the steel (if any) from rust and such then harden that surface for good bonding with the new concrete.

3- apply water on the surface and don't pour the new concrete until the water is about to dry

4- you may use epoxy bonding material (also from sika) to confirm good bonding between old and new concrete

5- pour the new concrete

6- finish the surface.

I wish that helped and if you want any further help please contact me
