is there a service that will help you choose items from your home to sell and set up for a yard sale?

Answers:
I think you might be thinking of an Estate sale planner. They come in and go through your stuff and then sell it for you, but you would be better off doing it yourself. Because they charge a lot for this. Plus you need a lot to sell. Get some friends toghether and help you decide.

Other answers:
Since I have no idea where you live:

There is an organized swapping system going on here in my town(Columbus, OH), and you might want to check your phone book for that to start out with---or, if you know enough people, you might want to consider organizing something like that yourself.
To my knowledge, there is no service taking care of things like that---but you can hire someone from a temp agency(friend of mine did that), to sort out the things you don't want and then set up the yardsale.
Good Luck
