How can I get an oil stain off beige shorts?

Drycleaning would be the best....but Mojo hand cleaner or dawn dishsoap will get it out...

dont do anything! take it to a dry cleaners they should be able to take it off been there i made it worse the next time i left it and took it to the cleaners and i couldnt even tell were the stain used to be worth the money well only if you really love your shorts
try sprinkling some baby powder on it, let the powder absorb the stain, then wash it out. A similar tactic is used to clean up oil spills on the road.
if its tar or oil it proberly won't come out, but try soaking the spot wth liquid dish washing soap over nite than machine wash
windex and baby powder, seriously soak the stain with the windex for about 5 minutes, then sprinkle the powder on and work the stain with a tooth brush
Go to an auto supply store and get tar remover for cars. After you use that, use Lestiol cleaning solution to remove the rest. Good luck.
In the cleaning aisle is a product called Lestoil. It smells like terpantine but I've found it to remove oil stains even once it's already been washed and dried. Hope it helps!
throw the shorts away and invest in another pair.A.lot less trouble and not that expensive.
