Rock river fountains keeping dampen verbs?
Answers: I add 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. of bleach to mine & also surrounded by my birdbaths to keep the algae from growing surrounded by it... it works viciously!!!! & the cat next door isn't even motionless from drinking it!!! what a bonus!!
Safer than bleach is a product specifically for ponds and fountains that you can pick up at any garden center, Home Depot or Loews and the like. I craving I could remember the name of it but I'm sure they can assistance you with it. My husband used the product consistently on our little fish pond and it kept the sea clean and clear and past the worst for the critters.
