I agree with the baking soda answer...also, baking soda mixed with vinegar makes a good effervescent cleaner to clean toilet, drains, etc...vinegar itself is an excellent all purpose cleaner for cleaning and reducing odors, even in your bath! Vinegar is good for window and glass cleaning and also for general disinfecting.
