Use a sponge and LOTS of baking soda. It will work. Just scrub it out. Non toxic too.
Wipe it out with Hertel Plus
well i heard that as soon as you clear everything you should use baking soda and scrub all around, with water, another thing you could do is go to wal mart and get yourself one of those bombs, that remove the smell that should also work
Yeah, all the answers about cleaning it with bleach and Lysol and such are great, as well as putting baking soda in the fridge. When my sis-in-law had this problem, she tried many things. What worked for her was wiping down the inside of the fridge and freezer with vanilla extract. Keep a box of opened baking soda in the fridge and freezer after the vanilla has taken the bad smell away. It did take a few days for the vanilla to work, was well worth it.
