Iron out works good, but you should be able to get it out with a good scouring powder and some elbow grease.
Lime-Away works very well on porcelin if it is not old porcelin and pitted. Most bathtub stains are caused from lime deposits from tap water. Then dirt adheres to that the lime deposits. Lime-Away removes lime deposits. I always use Pinesol or Mister Clean on a sponge on my tub and shower to remove dirt and oils from bathing. Once a week I use Lime-Away, especially on my glass shower doors, then I use Windex. After each shower my husband and I wipe down the doors with a squeezy to keep lime build-up down to a minimum.
Greased Lightning with Bleach. Works great!!
