Not impressed. Does little or nothing for dog hair and some items are just either too large or too heavy to be flicked! It was frustrating to keep going over the same sections trying to get it to pick up the stuff I wanted it to. I got one of the Dirt Devil mini vacuums (not hand held) that is light weight, cheap and great for touch ups. Swiffer was a waste of $$$

Yes had it and gave to my sister because I didn't really care for it. Works only on medium carpets. Not really good only bourbor carpets.
