Just put it in with detergent, warm or cold water, and lots of room to agitate. Take it out when done and rehang to dry. It's amazing how clean they get.
buy a new one.
I use about 1/4 c. bleach, and a load-full amt. of laundry detergent. Works great!
Wash on cold with one half cup of vinegar on delicate cycle. It will remove all soap and hard water stains and leaves it sparkling clean.
Warm water, detergent & bleach. I wash mine with towels. It gets cleaner than washing it alone in a load.
The washer will trash it....just put hot water and detergent in bath tub and a quart of white vinegar. This will dissenfect the curtain and remove soap scum..only add about 3 inches of hot water in the tub, then get in tub and walk up and down the curtain with your feet...u get a great new curtain and a foot pampering too !!
just put it in with a couple of towels, warm water with regular detergent, if you think it needs bleach use the color safe bleach or if it is white use regular bleach. Don't dry in the dryer, hang it back on the rod .
IF ITS THE CLOTH ONE ON THE OUTSIDE, THEN DO IT IN WASHER ON A SHORT TIMER,COLD WATER,DETERGENT,IF YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT THE LINER, THEN THROW IT AWAY AND FIND A DOLLAR TREE TO GET YOU SOME NEW ONES FOR A BUCK EACH AND STOCK UP
If it is vinyl don't use bleach, it will damage it. Place your laundry detergent in as the water is filling, add 1/4 cup baking soda, and curtian, leave room for agitation. Drip dry. Works for me!
I'm gathering it's not the plastic one sooooooooooo toss in washer on warm add soap and wash like you any thing else..dont machine dry it tho..
hot water , soap and one or two towels to help scrub. if you take it out while it's still hot and hang it up the wrinkles will fall out too.
I would just throw the thing away and buy a new one. They are cheap, Heck, buy 2 or 3 at a time.
Gentle cycle. I even wash the plastic liners! Dry on low temp fluff, or hang to dry.
Wash it with a couple of towels. They will scrub it.
If it's white, hot water, bleach, and the gentle cycle. Otherwise use lysol or a similar product to prevent color from leeching out.
i personally dont put mine in the washer. i take mine down and fill the tub about 1/4 full with warm water and 1 scoop of powder laundry detergent. then i swash and stomp the curtain. then rinse. my husband thinks im crazy but i think is kinda fun.
Put it in the washer with ormal amount of dtergent and 1 cup of white vinegarl Put a couble of bathtoels in with it, Towels help remove built up soap and cushion the curtain. Gentle cycle. Do not let in go into spin cycle or you will have creases that will be hard to get out. Take it out and rehang while wet. If some of detergent stillon curtain just rinse it off with the shower.
On low cycle ,i would wash them by there self .
take out curtains and wash gently by the tide.
