Mr. Clean magic eraser, works on everything, just a tiny bit of water (assuming it's not suede), rub and let dry. Or get some leather cleaner from a shoe store.
I've heard of acetone or rubbing alcohol working for pen on leather. I use saddlesoap and leather conditioner to clean my leather, but I've never tried it on pen. Whatever you use, I'd suggest testing it in a hidden area first to make sure it doesn't do anything horrible to the leather.
I've removed pen stains from cloth by sprying some hair spray directly over the stain and pressing with a white cotton cloth to absorbe the wet ink.
